CENTURY 21 Scheetz Relocation Services first started servicing the Indianapolis community in 1997 as a division of CENTURY 21 Scheetz. Today, the CENTURY 21 Scheetz Relocation Services division has grown from 2% of the company's revenue to 35% contribution of the company revenue.

 

This triple-digit growth of assisting 49 corporate transferees in 1997 to more than 1,100 transferees in 2009 is a direct result of the partnerships formed with third-party relocation service companies and Indiana corporations. The relocation business has grown with some of Indianapolis' largest corporate employers, such as Eli Lilly, Rolls Royce, Roche, Clarian Health and Midwest ISO through repeat business as well as referrals to other corporations throughout the Indianapolis marketplace.

Since 1998, CENTURY 21 Scheetz has added offices in Greenwood, Zionsville, Downtown Indianapolis and Avon/Hendricks County. Our worldwide network of partners allows us to service clients and transferees in every city and state.
