The CENTURY 21 Scheetz Carmel office opened their doors in 1976. Today, the Carmel office is host to approximately 100 Sales Associates, Scheetz Relocation division, the Accounting Department; several support staff, and a full time manager.

Richard Lampe, Vice President of Sales and Managing Broker, has over 15 years of Real Estate experience. Prior to becoming the Managing Broker Richard was a multi-million dollar producer for CENTURY 21 Scheetz, consistently earning the prestigious Century 21® Centurion® award. Richard is active in the real estate community as a member of MIBOR grievance committee and professional standards committee. As past president of the North Side BNI marketing group Richard is an avid networker, teaching and coaching his agents on how to incorporate this into their personal business.
